Corvette America Policies

Returns

You may return products other than Special Orders, if returned in unused, original condition in original packaging. There is no need to call for authorization. Complete the Return Form enclosed with your shipment and send the package back to us. It is recommended that you insure the package and retain your receipt of shipment. No COD returns will be accepted. Returns will be refunded in the same manner in which they were paid (i.e., credit card refund or refund check). There will be no restock charges assessed for returns up to 3 months old from invoice date. Returns older than 3 months, but less than 6 months will be assessed a 25% restock fee. Returns older than 6 months, but less than 12 months will be assessed a 35% restock fee. Returns more than 12 months old will not be accepted. Returns of partial sets/kits will not be accepted. Parts will be mailed back to customer at customer’s expense.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, customer will be charged for shipping and handling plus a restocking charge of 15% of the product value.

Service Policies

The following charges will be assessed under specific conditions: 1 1/2% per month for an outstanding balance over 30 days old. $25 for returned checks. 50% of bad debt collection assessment will be charged to any customer whose past due amounts must be placed with a collection agency.

Core Return Policy

Our rebuilders are not able to accept core returns on items once they have been modified in any manner. In order to receive full core credit, core returned must be the same year, option and application as the item ordered. Core must be complete and in rebuildable condition to receive full credit. Please drain all fluids. Cores are to be shipped to Corvette America pre-paid by the customer. Core verification takes approximately 3-4 weeks. If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service Department prior to returning.

Same Day Processing - Only $4.99

Standard order processing time is 24 hours. Most orders placed by 2 p.m. ship the same day. If you absolutely need your order shipped same day, call us Monday thru Friday before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) and request Same-Day Processing. For just $4.99 we’ll provide special processing of all in-stock parts & ship same day. Next day delivery is also available, call for rates.

Defective Items

Unless otherwise specified, all products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the invoice date.

Shipping Damage, Lost or Missing Merchandise

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If damaged, lost or missing merchandise, please contact Corvette America within 5 days of receipt for instructions on how to proceed. Failing to do this could jeopardize the refund or replacement of the damaged or missing items. Please save the original box and packaging materials for inspection by the carrier. Damage/loss claims cannot be filed after 15 days from the date of receipt of the package. Items shipped via truck must be opened and inspected while the driver is still on the premises, and damage noted if there is any.

During the length of time our catalogs circulate, the price or availability of items sometimes changes without notice. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Corvette America is not responsible for errors or omissions in this catalog or unforeseen price adjustments.
