Return Policies

You may return products other than Special Orders, if returned in unused, original condition in original packaging. There is no need to call for authorization. Please download and complete our Return Form PDF and send the package back to us at the address at the top of the form. It is recommended that you insure the package and retain your receipt of shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.

Returns will be refunded in the same manner in which they were paid (i.e., credit card refund or refund check). There will be no restock charges assessed for returns up to 3 months old from invoice date. Returns older than 3 months, but less than 6 months will be assessed a 25% restock fee. Returns older than 6 months, but less than 12 months will be assessed a 35% restock fee. Returns more than 12 months old will not be accepted. Returns of partial sets/kits will not be accepted. Parts will be mailed back to customer at customer's expense.

Merchandise Missing or Damaged in Shipment

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If damaged from shipment, contact the carrier (UPS, truck freight company, etc.) immediately. Keep all shipping materials (box, packaging, etc.) intact. Await an inspection by the carrier. If carrier is present when you notice the damage or missing items, have the deliverer witness the situation on the bill of lading or have the deliverer sign a note stating that the package arrived damaged. After the goods are inspected by the carrier, file a claim with the carrier. If items are missing from unopened, undamaged packages, report the missing items to Corvette America within 5 days of receipt. Corvette America is not responsible for any missing merchandise not reported within 5 days of receipt.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, customer will be charged for shipping and handling plus a restocking charge of 15% of the product value.

Special Orders

All special orders, such as non-stock interior orders and dated products, must be prepaid prior to the start of manufacturing. Special order & dated products are not cancelable or returnable.

Service Policies

The following charges will be assessed under specific conditions: 1-1/2% per month for an outstanding balance over 30 days old. $20 for returned checks. 50% of bad debt collection assessment will be charged to any customer whose past due amounts must be placed with a collection agency.

Miscellaneous Policies

Individual products are subject to substitution, discontinuation, or a change in specification without prior notice.

THE OBLIGATION OF CORVETTE AMERICA, WARRANTOR, IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ONLY AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE SAME DURATION AS THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN.

WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT NECESSARILY LIMITED TO, LOSSES CAUSED BY DELAY IN THE INSTALLATION OF ANY OF WARRANTOR’S PRODUCTS, OR FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OR ANY OTHER CHARGE INCURRED IN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE ITEM, OR REMOVAL OR USE OF THIS MERCHANDISE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED SO HEREIN, OR SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR IN AN ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENT.
